Founder/OwnerJason Watford started his cleaning company in 2014 with a mop, a bucket, and a couple thousand dollars. Today, he has built a cleaning business that serves over 60 different clients. Married to wife, Sarah, the couple has two children.

Chief Operations OfficerTom Hasslinger is the COO of JW Cleaning Systems, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company that services dozens of accounts across Hawaii Island.
He is the former managing editor of West Hawaii Today and previously reported for Civil Beat before leaving journalism in 2020. He currently serves on the board of directors for Hawaii Island Community Health Center.
